a guy down the hall just asked me to look up the closest Staples or Office Depot.

His mouse stopped working, and he wanted to run and buy one.  I thought about it for a moment, what is the difference between the two?  Is one cheaper? Does one have better customer service?  I know that we buy office supplies from both of them from time to time.

So tell us, which one is your favorite and why?
